    2022 Fiscal Year: 7 hires
    2023 Fiscal Year: 12 hires
    2024 Fiscal Year: 2 hires (as of April)

  • Working terms and conditions
    • Salary

      Annual salary system: 3 million yen~

      Remarks about the salary:
      Fair compensation will be given according to our regulations, after consideration of experience and ability. Includes 44 hours of deemed overtime charge per month. The amount of annual salary divided by 12 is the monthly salary.

    • Salary raise

      Twice a year (April, October)

    • Bonus

      Bonuses are not typically provided, but may be awarded based on company performance.

    • Working hours

      9:30-17:30 (scheduled working hours: 7 hours, rest break:1 hour)

    • Holidays/Vacations

      Five-day working week system (Saturdays and Sundays off), public holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, annual paid leave, bereavement leave, and other special paid leave are provided.

    • Insurance Benefits

      Health insurance, employees’ pension insurance, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation insurance.

    • Welfare Benefits

      Full reimbursement of commuting expenses (as per company policy), work-from-home allowance, health check-ups, condolence benefits, maternity and paternity leave (with a record of both male and female employees taking leave).

      There is a possibility of relocation if new sites are established due to business expansion.
