From April 8th to April 11th, CHITOSE participated in FHA Food & Beverage, Asia’s premier food industry exhibition, held at Singapore EXPO. Featuring over 1,500 exhibitors and attracting 65,000 attendees, the event serves as a key one-stop platform for food and beverage professionals and industry leaders across the region.
CHITOSE Agriculture showcased its sustainably grown produce, such as cherry tomatoes and white corm, and offered samples to attendees. Grown using sustainable farming techniques that support both soil health and local farming communities, CHITOSE’s produce is valued for its exceptional taste and farm-to-table freshness. It is currently available in over 70 outlets across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, and is widely featured in the cuisines of hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants.
Following its recent expansion into Thailand, CHITOSE aims to further scale its sustainable farming initiatives—particularly in regions such as Chiang Mai—while building a robust supply chain that spans the entire journey from seeding and cultivation to logistics and consumer retail.

Founded in 2015, the CHITOSE Agriculture Initiative is committed to developing a circular agriculture that can sustainably yield delicious produce with high nutritional value by maintaining the farmland’s ecosystem. It emphasizes empowerment of local farming communities and the importance of soil quality, particularly by nurturing microorganisms vital to its fertility. The initiative is active in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
