Event / Presentation
Kyosuke Kinoshita, Director of CHITOSE’s agriculture business in Southeast Asia, delivered a special lecture titled “Highland Agricultural Production and Business: A Case Study of the Cameron Highlands” at Kasetsart University, Thailand, on September 10th.
The lecture was made possible by the generous invitation of Dr. Kiattisak Sonsri, a lecturer at Kasetsart University. Approximately 50 students from both undergraduate and graduate programs attended.
The event was held in light of the establishment of Chitose Agriculture’s subsidiary in Thailand, a recent expansion following continuous growth in Malaysia and Singapore. Kasetsart University, Thailand’s first agricultural university, is renowned for its strength in biological and agricultural sciences research, as well as its efforts in connecting academic research with industrial applications.
We hope to further deepen the collaboration between CHITOSE and Kasetsart University in developing sustainable circular agriculture in Thailand.
